All good — we loved this hip new hotel — the food was good and the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect, in a quiet leafy suburban area of DC, convenient to go everywhere.

Unbeatable location to explore Washington and EXCEPTIONAL service. Double room with 25 min walk from attractions, a kitchenette plus well proportioned bathroom.

No ice machines.

The rooms were decent sized with kitchenette, the staff were really helpful. The hotel had a residential location in tourist area.

The location was exceptionally nice, near the Safeway store that I mentioned earlier with easy access to shopping centres and a market.

Well, the views were quite bad here.

It has marvellous and decent location, a subway station is nearby the hotel. There are restaurants and bars nearby.

Our favourite, boutique hotel in Washington with extremely helpful and very amiable staff. Magnificent and perfect location in the much vaunted "Riggsby" restaurant in a very pleasant area. Overall a real good stay on a month long vacation.

Exceptionaltrendy boutique hotel with a modern design. Beautifully decoratedroom with a king bed and a communal table, as example as advertised. Lively bar and really helpful staff that met all my needs as someone in a wheelchair. Absolutely perfect location, a few steps away from everywhere. And not very far from D c by Foot. 20 mins on foot to the subway station.

Everything is very good, the room is well-appointed and nicely decorated with good views, the shower. It has absolutely perfect location just walking distance from D c by Foot.

It offers excellent service. It is in excellent and absolutely perfect location to a Federal style house, set right by the hotel.

By and large, it was superb base for sightseeing in Washington, had much fun and met genuinely helpful and very very helpful staff that met all my needs as someone in a wheelchair. The restaurant was good for dinner, I ordered delicious dishes. Liked stunning views and wake-up service, available when you need it. The location was nice and ideal and the room was spotless.

Ordered breakfast, it was expensive, it should be better, really.

The location in a very pleasant area was excellent and there were shopping centers and a market nearby. Again, the hotel was at walking distance from Mary Mcleod Bethune House.

The location was unbeatable and nice: a shopping centre and a market were within walking distance. We stayed in double room with excellent wi-fi, everything was very good. Exceptional service was provided.

In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room with shower, a "kitchenette" and a big sofa and that was great. The airport was 0.5 miles away.

My stay at this hotel was made memorable by the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. However, during checkout, I had trouble accessing my room at the specified time and the front desk representative was quite hostile. That being said, the location and amenities were great. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
